March
Small interlocking plywood calendar-print jigsaw puzzle, one of a series of prints which Meredith often used in his cutting.
This example was cut in 2003 and features colour line-cutting throughout.
Another copy of March with slightly smaller piece count can be compared with this copy. It was part of a complete set donated to charity in 2014, in a turquoise box. The 120pc jigsaw is undated no223POP, 9x9in. According the Meredith’s production notebook March was cut at least 13 times and no223 was the first (and no1552 the last) recorded time.
