Interlock

Presented in matching, book-style boxes, this extensive range of cardboard puzzles are smaller sized cousins of the Waddington's Giant range.

Earlier puzzles from the mid 1930's sold for 6d (2½p), later (from puzzle no. 100) increasing to 9d and finally 9d + 2d purchase tax when this was introduced in late 1940 (from puzzle no. 119).

The first ten puzzles were indexed with roman figures after which the sequence was numeric, starting with no. 51 and, as far as we know, ending at no. 130.
