Blue Tit and the Great Tit, The

139-piece semi-interlocking plywood jigsaw puzzle featuring a painting which, whilst being unsigned, is by the brilliant British wildlife artist Basil Ede (1931-2016) and taken from his much loved 1965 publication "Birds of Town and Village". Colour line-cut around most of the four birds in the image, a mix of non-interlocking and interlocking pieces are included. All this is held tightly in place by in one of Eric's very clever border designs, made up of 28 pairs of roughly "U" shaped pieces, all of which link together into an interlocking chain and give the puzzle its distinctive scalloped edge.
